JewelBox is a collection of web-apps:

These web-apps work in any modern browser on all major platforms. They store all your data in JewelBox IconJewelBox cloud which provides low-cost and safe backup of your data. Your data is encrypted in the browser before uploading to the JewelBox IconJewelBox cloud to protect it from illegitimate use. The encryption keys are only available to you, managed by on-device bio-metrics and are not even available to JewelBox IconJewelBox operators.

Additionally, JewelBox IconJewelBox apps respect your privacy. We don't use your personal notes, AI conversations and family photos to bias AI responses and drive engagement and revenue numbers. Notekeeper IconNotekeeper's AI responses are explicitly driven by notes visible to you and don't bias responses based on an implicit profile about you.

A new pricing model for modern web-apps 💡

Many apps we use today have subscription pricing. This means that you pay for them regardless of how much you use them.

We believe that pricing should be based on usage. Folks who are planning to use apps sparingly should be free to do so without paying hefty subscription prices.

The table shows the prices we charge for cloud resources used by our web-apps. You will be surprised how cheap this comes out in practice – Notekeeper IconNotekeeper index costs 15milli-¢ (yes, $0.00015) per week for a moderately sized (1MB) notes collection. Photos IconPhotos costs $0.95/month for 100GB of photos which is $2 for Google Photos and $3 for iCloud.

We are working on an AI based app builder and some other apps. We want double down on hyper-personalized applications backed by our privacy and end-to-end encryption stance.

No email / phone# necessary

Our account registration doesn't require email / phone ids. As a result we cannot spam you and cannot leak your personal details to anybody.

Payments are handled by Paddle which is a well established payment processor. They custody credit-card / payment-account information; JewelBox itself doesn't have any knowledege of your payment accounts.

No lock-in

We provide various ways of downloading your data across our apps in case you choose to move to a different service.
